Il Sangiovese Amaranto 2009 scorre lento con essenze di bacche rosse, fiori e rovere francese. Si presenta con una qualità di frutto gioiosa ed esuberante che è assolutamente irresistibile. Le note floreali e candite avvolgono lo squisito finale di lunga persistenza. L'Amaranto è impressionante, ma si gode meglio quando il frutto è ancora vibrante. Maturità anticipata: 2010-2013.
In soli pochi anni Podere San Cristoforo si è imposta come una delle giovani aziende più entusiasmanti della Maremma sotto la guida di Lorenzo Zonin. (Antonio Galloni)

The 2009 Sangiovese Amaranto flows with the essence of red berries, flowers and French oak. There is a joyous, exuberant quality to the fruit that is absolutely irresistible. Floral, candied notes frame the long, exquisite finish. The Amaranto is impressive, but it is best enjoyed while the fruit is vibrant. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2013.
